Health and Life coaching are processes in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
In a health or life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. The Total Transformation Program is 12 weeks. Sessions last 45 minutes to 75 minutes, once a week, depending on the client's needs.
At the end of your complimentary Breakthrough Session, the coach will discuss investment options with you.
At the current time I am only offering virtual coaching sessions.
